With a deep background in storytelling, media editing, and content strategy, Russ is passionate about helping everyday people turn their message into a movement — whether through audio, video, or visual streaming platforms.
He launched The Man Space Podcast to create space for real conversations, and that same authenticity fuels everything he builds. His goal is simple: make quality content accessible, impactful, and unforgettable.
When he’s not editing, producing, or coaching creatives, Russ is busy empowering the next generation of voices through WTMSTV.com — his online streaming network designed for creators, by creators.

A proud Michigan native and U.S. Army Veteran, Less has traveled the world, gaining a wealth of life experience and stories that fuel his creativity. His time in service taught him discipline, resilience, and the importance of connection — values he brings into every project and conversation.
Outside of podcasting and photography, Less is a devoted husband and father who finds joy in cooking with his wife, cheering on his favorite sports teams, riding his Harley, and spending quality time with his family.
Known for his humor and charm, he calls himself a “lover of beautiful things… and a few people!” Whether behind the lens or behind the mic, Less is driven by a desire to uplift, entertain, and help others see the beauty in everyday life.
